Basic Pay

Basic pay is important and company rates of pay are competitive. We continually benchmark our jobs against the 'market place' ensuring that basic pay remains attractive to new staff and at the same time, provides good reward for established employees.


The Group Personal Pension scheme is available to all employees of the company and all eligible jobholders will automatically be enrolled into the scheme. Employees can make additional voluntarycontributions in line with the rules of the scheme.

Life Assurance Cover

Life assurance is provided by the company to all employees.

Holidays and Holiday Pay

Employees enjoy holiday entitlement with eleven paid public holidays each year.

Further Education Programme

Company policy has been designed to encourage and support employees who wish to undertake further education.

Subsidised Canteen Facilities

An onsite canteen provides subsidised hot and cold food from 7:30am-2pm Monday - Friday.

Free Car Parking

On-site parking is available for all employees only.

Free Bus Service

Employees without transport are currently able to access a daily free bus service between Belfast City Centre and our Headquarters. This is operated by Phoenix Natural Gas at present as a dedicated service for permanent and temporary staff.

Childcare Vouchers

The company has a voucher scheme to assist with childcare costs. The scheme works by allowing employees to purchase vouchers through payroll, to pay for childcare and these vouchers are exempt from tax and NIC (National Insurance Contributions).

This means that a parent using a recognised childminder can save a substantial amount per month using the vouchers.

Interest Free Loan for Installation of Natural Gas

Employees who are interested in installing natural gas can avail of an interest free loan from the company.
